THE JEWEL OF CHILE
Until July 30, the exhibition "La Joya de Chile" by the goldsmith artist Yoya Zamora Manzur will be exhibited at the Galería Mínima in Barrio Lastarria.
The artist uses the technique of goldsmithing to develop her work and make reference to the use of mediagua as a social housing solution. It invites the viewer to dialogue about the social and economic solutions of our country through five rings with mediaguas and spikes inside that warn us of the potential danger of carrying "The Jewel of Chile."
We invite you to visit the exhibition from 12:00 to 9:00 p.m., Monday through Sunday at Merced 346, Barrio Lastarria.
SYMPOSIUM UNDER CONSTRUCTION II
In 2012, the First Jewelry Symposium UNDER CONSTRUCTION was held in the city of Buenos Aires, bringing together more than 100 participants from all over Latin America through workshops, conferences and exhibitions that were held in that first version. This year, 2015, it is Chile's turn and our Pamela de la Fuente Jewelry School together with the outstanding Argentine jeweler Francisca Kweitel will have the mission of carrying out what will be the second version of the UNDER CONSTRUCTION SYMPOSIUM, with the port of Valparaíso as the stage. which will become the meeting and reflection point for contemporary jewelers from all over Latin America.
